When you receive a package, thoroughly inspect the product to make sure it is free of damage. If you ordered an appliance be sure to plug-in and confirm that it is working properly.
If your item is damaged, shipped incorrecly or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.. All returns after 3 days will be treated as a regular return in which the customer will be liable for shipping charges.
If you want to return the item and cancel the order, you need to ship back the item to us and original shipping fee is not refundable or you will be charged of $10.00 if your order is by free shipping. Also you will be charged of 25% restocking or processing fee.
If you want to exchange the item, you need to ship back the item and you will be charged of shipping fee for the new item.
All return is subject to 25% restocking fee upon receiving it for refund. No Exceptions. All returns must be insured and shipped directly to KRS Beauty Inc. at customer expense. All tools sold at KRS Beauty has a warranty from manufacturer for 1 year from the date of delivery. No exceptions.
Returns that are wrong orders due to customer error, customer's change of mind or for reasons not due to our error; customer will berefunded for the merchandise excluding shipping and handling cost. This rule applies for unopened, unused items only that are within30 daysof purchase. If merchandise returned that was eligible for free shipping will reduce order amount below the free shipping requirement, original shipping charge will be deducted from your total return credit before the restocking fee charges. If the return is a result of our error we'll replace the item and pay for shipping costs both ways if the purchase was made within30 days. Credit and Exchange of wrong product will be processed only after receipt and inspection of that item. Please allow KRS Beauty.Inc. up to 14 days to refund your account after receipt of your return. All replacements will be shipped using USPS Ground.
